Once your referral has been submitted, the information provided will be validated by our Central Intake Office and triaged to the appropriate corresponding hub. At that time, the Integrated Care Lead(ICL) assigned will aim to make initial contact within 72 hours. As previously mentioned, these times may vary according to the needs within your corresponding hub.
Should your situation change in terms of risk during the course of triage and you feel that your situation has become urgent, please contact the Mental Health Helpline supported by ConnexOntario to find the nearest Mobile Crisis Response Team.
